I need help with the following 2 questions filling up DS-160 form

1. Name in Native Alphabet:
(How to enter into this field? My mother language is Gujarati.)

2. Have you traveled to any countries within the last five years?
(I am born and brought up in Indian and right now I am in Canada. I have never travelled any other country. Should I say "yes" or "no"?)


Please guide me what I should enter.
