Urgent, Clarification required

My mother is traveling tomorrow to USA, I wanted to clarify on the documents that she needs to carry. She is carrying below documents, is there anything she is missing please?

1. Passport
2. Airtickets (Inbound and Outbound)
3. Medical Insurance
4. My Visa copy
5. My Passport copy

I have read previous forums and found that she does not require ECNR. Is my understanding correct?

ECNR is not required for USA.
