  • B2 tourist visa

I am currently living in Bangladesh. I got married on 3rd February 2018 when my husband was a green-card holder. on November 2018 he applied for citizenship from New Jersey. then he had move to Minnesota for job purpose. USCIS scheduled his interview on 22nd May 2019 whereas their estimated date was September 2019. he passed the citizenship test but, as he changed his resident, USCIS told him that he has to take his OATH from Minnesota. Still his naturalization is under processing. He was supposed to apply for spouse visa just after taking the OATH but, as this process is taking more time I was thinking about to visit him and to stay in the USA for few days on B2 visa. Would it be helpful if I do so just for visiting him?

As long as you state your husband is a U.S citizen, your visa will be denied for DUAL-INTENT.
