Hi!
I'm Prasad and I had applied for a visitor's visa to the US for the purpose of attending a medical examination and I was issued a B1/B2 for 3 months. The date of expiry as mentioned in the visa is Apr24. But they have given me a 6 month entry(till Aug 17) into the US in my I-94 when i entered. Will staying beyond Apr 24 be legally correct since my I-94 states that i can stay upto Aug17? or will it be a problem when if i leave US after Apr 24? or jeopardize my chances of getting a visa in the near future? Kindly reply to my question.

It is the date on the I-94 that counts. So you have until August 17 to leave the country.
