Need suggestion on B2 visa appointment

I have been trying to schedule a Visitor(B2) Visa appointment for my parents in telugu language @ Hyderabad center from past 3 - 4 weeks, but no luck.
Reason for their travel is my graduation ceremony.

Can I request for a Telugu appointment at any other center (say chennai)?

Any suggestions or past experiences appreciated..
