Hello,
My fiancee is visiting me in Atlanta. She has a Brazilian passport and has a B2 visa with just 1 entry. We arrived March 23rd. Her I-94 entry document says she can stay until Sep 22 2010. But we need to travel to Costa Rica on April 28 and come back on May 2nd into USA. As she has only right to one entry we do not know how to arrange this. What do we need to do?
By the way, I am a British citizen with a L1 visa (temporary work permitt for 3 years).
