    Would they reject my visa application?

    I have 2.5 lakhs bank balance,
    earn 42,000 INR per month,
    have previous 2 stamps of UK,
    have confirmation letter from employer and plan to visit one state in USA for 5 days.
    Do have mutual funds which i am about to en-cash as well.

    Could anyone please comment on if there is any chance of getting a visa approval?

      It is very rare for a NON-FREQUENT traveler to spend at last $2000 to visit the U.S for only 5 days. Those are RED-FLAGS to any Consular.
