Form I-134 - Part 3 Date Information about previpously submitted affidavit

Hello, I am planning to submit I-134 for sponsoring my in-laws to visit us. Previously, my parent visited us in 2008. I had submitted I-134 that time as well.
In current I-134, there is segment in Part 3 where it asks about previously submitted affidavit. What date is it, is it the date when I signed the I-134 in front of notory or the date when their Visa was stamped? I have several old documents of those time, I believe one of the document has the date on the document is when probably I signed it in front of Notory. But I am not able to recall the exact date, however I know when my parents Visa were stamped from their passports. What date do I need to put in question 23 and 25?
