A family member committed a drug offense at the border about 10 years ago. When arrested, he/she had two minors in the vehicle. They minors were denied entry and adults arrested. Now the minors are of legal age and independent. Is it possible to apply for a visitors visa even thought they were in the vehicle when a minor? Or did the parents action affect the legal status and the visa will be denied? What is the best way to do this?
