Visitor's visa for sister-in-law to assist pregnant wife

Hi,

My wife is pregnant and we would like to get her younger, unmarried sister (who is currently studying for her Master's in India) to the US on a Visitor's visa to assist my pregnant wife.

1. How difficult is this?
2. What precautions should we take while preparing the sponsorship papers?
3. Should we mention about pregnancy and assisting my pregnant wife as the reason for calling her to the US? Or should we only mention tourism as the purpose?

Any experiences or answers are very much appreciated.
