Visitor visa refusal and reapply

Hi,

I am in USA with my husband who is working on L1 visa. My father, mother and sister applied Toursim visa to visit us on self sponsor. But due to insufficient fund they rejected my parents visa.

1) Now can my husband sponsor any of one of them or two?.
2) Is it ok to change the I-160 where it asks for the person paying for your trip from self to other person and provide my husband details?.
3) Can my sister also get sponsor from my husband?.
