Visitor visa support

I am on H1 B visa right now & my parents are thinking to come US on visitor visa. I don't wanted to sponser to my parents due to limited financial strength.
My parents are doctor.I was thinking that if they will sponsor themselves
1.does that affect to get visitor visa?
2.If they sponsore themselves than do i need to send any documents like I 134, my tax documents or any letter from my employer?
3. what happen if myself & parents both will support?

1 & 2. You don't need to send anything if they are going to sponsor on their own.

Where there are going to stay ? Arent they going to stay with you ? If yes, then isnt it a support ?

How a visa officer will react when your parents say "We are going to visit our son, but dont have any document from him" !

Your parent can state that they themselves are in position to pay all the expenses of the visit and will pay for it. But accommodation and food will be provided by their son. There is a question in visa form "You will bear the expenses ?" and they can answer "Myself"

I-134 (Affidavit of support) does not mean only financial support but much more.

1 If parents support by themselves & food & shelter by me than how much i should show the bank balance?

2. How much bank statement (approx - US dollar) I should show if entirely support by me?

3. Is one day or ave balance statment for one month is enough or i need to show the average for last 6 months?How much approx?

1 day balance is not enough.

There is no set limit for this. It should be enough for real expenses. You think about what the realistic expenses would be and if you have that much money, you are fine.
