MIL Visa Interview - Recent Job Change

My MIL have a B2 visa interview scheduled on Nov 6th. I am going to switch my job and join my new employer B on Nov 16th. My Approval notice has approval from May 26th, 2019 to Nov 2021. My current visa for employer A is expiring on 30 Sep 2019.

Can my MIL say during interview that I have already joined and working for Employer B? Any suggestions will be appreciated.
