B2 VISA VISA appointment for parents

Hi,

i have completed the DS 160 form for my father and added my mother details in the person traveling with you section.

while taking the appointment - i have filled my father details and added my mother details also at that time in one of the screen its asking CEAC bard code.

Do i need to fill DS 160 for my mother also ?
