My parents' were born in 1945, before India-Pakistan partition. They migrated to India after the partition. Their Indian passport has state of birth as Undivided India. They are Indian nationals, but I'm not sure what to fill in their country of birth in DS 160 form. Should their country of birth be "India" or "Pakistan"?
I've done some research online on this topic and have seen mixed/uncertain responses. I need this information urgently. Any guidance is much appreciated!
