Visitor Visa douts

Our B1- B2 visa got approved from USA May -1991. We were in USA during 1991 & 1993.We over stay at USA during these period..Our B1-B2 visa was cancelled without prejudge .

During 2004, we applied for multiple visa. But it was rejected

We are planning to visit again to USA. I want to know whether we get approved B1-B2 visa even we over stay during 1991 & 1993 at USA.

If your visa was rejected because of overstay in 1991 and 1993, you are not going to be able to change that fact now.
