visa interview doubt about "own house"

Hello,

I have a question about the documents required to be taken @ the interview time,

1. Do we have to take originals ? or photocopies will do ?
2. we have 3 houses in A.P and 1 flat. My mom is giving interview alone and my doubt is whether she( is an employee) can provide photocopies of the house which is on her name to the interview ( as originals are with her Department coz, she took some loan over it.)?

3. Flat is on my Dad's name and house is on my sibling's name ( these properties are in hyd), which one of these do u think she can provide? she has got some agricultural land also on her name..

Please help me with this.. Hope I didn't confuse u

The applicant should take the proof of all the property that he/she owns.
