Hi,
My father has name "Shailesh" with suffix "RAI" that is "Shaileshrai" in his school leaving certificate and his passport but in my birth certificate it is "Sahileshbhai" and in my passport it is "Shaileshray".
Will this be an issue? I am writing as per my passport wherever I write my name but when I write his information in DS 160 or invitation letter or letter to consulate, I am using his name as per his passport everywhere.
1. Does he need to provide all the above name other than his passport name into "Other name (alias)" section in DS 160?
2. Does he need to carry any document with him for visa interview to prove that all the above names are same?
This is the same issue with my mother name suffix too.
