b2 visa parent along with married brother

Hi,

I want to apply for my parents US visa along with my brother who is married and runs his own NGO.

So just want to know should I apply seperately for my parents and my brother should apply separately? What are the chances of the visa getting denied if they appy together?

My preference is that my parents should get visa and visit first.Please suggest how should I apply together or separate depending upon the preference.
