My sister had applied along with her husband and son to visit the US for my wedding. Visa got rejected. They showed IMO sufficient funds and ties to the homeland....they have a pretty steady business that they run and have been to other countries in Europe before.
However the consular officer rejected the application stating they had close family ties in the US, and hence may stay back
My question - Is there any point in reapplying as there is nothing that would have changed from the first time they applied ? Also they are indian nationals and had applied from the middle east where they are based. Is it better to apply from one's country of origin.
Any feedback is appreciated.
Thanks
