Hello!!
I’ve scheduled my parents B2 interview in 3rd week of October 2019.
I am currently on F2 living in US my husband’s H1B got approved last month and the H1B status of visa starts from oct 1st 2019. (Likewise my status changes from F2 to H4). But we are getting our stamping done only by the end of 2020.
We have stated my husband as the sponsor in my Parent’s DS 160.
Since we will not have a H1B stamp at the time of my parents interview. We’ll only have my husband’s I - 797 along with his employment related documents Will that be sufficient in the list of documents needed? (In terms of our visas).
Somebody please help me out with this!!
