mismatch in surname

Hi,

I am preparing to sponsor my parents for visitors VISA. The problem is my father spells our surname as "Chaudhary" where as I spell my surname as "Choudhary". On all of my official documents including passport and VISA it is spelled as "Choudhary". On the last page of my passport my fathers name is spelled as "Choudhary". Where as on all of his documents including passport it is spelled as "Chaudhary".

What should I do in this situation. Admin / senior members Please help me.

What spelling should I use for him on I-134, invitation letter etc?

Thanks Admin for your reply. The affadavit for me or my father? As I said all of his documents say Chaudhary, where as all of my documents say chougule including my father's name on last page

In this case, your father's name has variations. Therefore, affidavit by father.
