Visitor visa denied for child, how to reapply

Hi,

I along with my wife and daughter have valid B2 visitor visa which got approved 3 years ago when my son was not born. However when I applied for my son (2yrs old) now, B2 visa was denied under 214b. How can I reapply and reestablish that he will return (which we fully intend to after the visit). Will showing return tickets be enough? I am an established orthopedic surgeon in India. But to show a 2 year old has any financial records is simply not possible.

How did you applied for his visa? Dropbox? Probably appearing personally for an interview with son would help.

I applied via drop box but were called for interview as there was an error I made in ds160 where I mentioned that he will be traveling with grandparents..

I understand that now I have to show credible evidence that a 2 year old will come back...Will showing return tickets be enough. I can also get tickets just for my wife and son and daughter but not for me (?Acting as credible evidence). My employment letter, properties, but how will I show a 2 year old has credible ties..?

US clearly mentions that do NOT buy tickets or book hotels for your visit before you get your visa. So, booking tickets in advance won't really help.

Did you provided copies of his grand parents visa? Appearing for interview would be easier & quick.
