Infant B2 Visa stuck in Application Received

Applied for my infant daughter's B2 visa through Dropbox facility on 19th September at Mumbai. On 20th September, her visa status became 'Application Received', passport status as 'Your passport is still with the US Embassy/Consulate' and has remained that way after 4 business days. When I called up the helpline (which is not very helpful, they just repeat what is given online), they said her application is in processing and she cannot comment on when it will be done. My husband and I both have valid US visas and have already visited US multiple times in the past as tourist for 3 days to 15 days.

Has anyone experienced this issue with an infant visa? When did you get your visa?

You really cannot do anything except wait for her passport to be sent back. Best of luck !!
