Form D160- Tourist visa-Previous emplyment details

HI, In this case for the previous employment details .It says mention past 5 years you have worked .When I a am applying whether the work experience from 2014 to to till date will suffice .Also for my wife she worked only upto 2013 after which she had quit .Now she is a homemaker so whether the work experience till 2013 needs to be mentioned

Yes for you - experience from 2014 is fine. Your wife doesn't need to mention her work experience.
