    B2 for parents

    Hello All,

    I am on H1 in US....I am inviting my parents to USA. I have some Qs-

    1. My dad is retired so my brother is sponsoring his trip. My brother is in India and has business.So what all document we need for my brother's sponsorship?
    2. As my brother is sponsoring, what documents will we need from my side?
    3. Is there any special advice?

      Thanks for the link but what I can see is those sponsorship documents are if I am filing it but my brother is in India....What to mention in form I-134?
