B2 for my mother

I'm planning to apply for B2 visa for my mother. She was here before and visa got expired. I have made all the documents from my side (sponser docs in immihelp). She has the property documents and an affidavit to describe about the places to visit, where she is gonna stay,about the expenses that i will bear and also mentioned that she will return back to look after the property.
This document is notorized. Also attached a sheet of paper with all her assets -prop value, bank balance,jewellary value etc and that is also notorized. would that be sufficient to show that she is gonna return back ??
Does it requre Chartered accountant to verify the documents too ? please let me know.

thanks. I have one question... is just notary is fine ? does the property documents needs to be verified by CA ? if anyone has any experience please post.
