Apply for B2 Visitor Visa for my Parents and Younger Brother

Hi, I am in US on H1B visa and my husband is on green card. I want to bring my parents and brother for a visit.

My dad is 73 years old and my mother is 65 years old. Both are having agricultural business in India.
My younger brother is 29 years old and is working in a multinational company in India for past 5 years and has good income.

Will it be better to apply for visitor visa for my parents and younger brother together, since he is in the potential immigrant age? Will his stable 5 year job quality as a reason for "strong ties to home country"?

Please let me know your suggestions in this case. I wanted to try if there is any chance for my parents and brother to visit me here in US.

Its not like young people do not get a visa at all, but certainly they need to push it harder to prove that they will return.

5 year stable job does adds a value, but then who said he cannot quit the job very next day? Being married, kids with some property in his name would really be a big-big plus.

Or else he can apply for a B1 visa with the help of his organization.

On the positive side, if you do not apply then the answer is always "NO", so go ahead, give it a try.

Hi, I feel that your parents along with brother can get a visiting visa. Apply for a B2 visa. Since tourism falls under this category, it won't be difficult to get a visa.Apply for US tourist visa through a consultant if it making you confused. They can easily get you an interview schedule. for an age limit of 14 - 79 interviews is required. The validity will be 120 days.

Libra_14 Delving Thank you so much for your responses. I applied for the B2 visa for my parents and brother. Today it got approved for all three of them. The officer only asked my brother about his job title and salary. Same question about income to my father as well. Then typed something on his computer and said visa is approved.
