  • Missing Entry Stamp on Visitor Visa

    Hello,

My mother recently Entered USA on Visitor Visa on Aug 28 at Dallas Airport.

The officer forgot to put any kind of Stamp on her passport stating her entry and limit of Stay in USA.

We are unable to see her I-94 online. Although her finger printing was done and We can see her entry in travel records online.

There is no i-94 created for her.

What should we do? Is this a problem?

    Need help regarding this.

    THanks,

    New_aspirant.

Missing entry on passport can be ignored. But missing I94 would be a problem. Please consult CBP or an attorney.

We found the stamp on the passport and also able to see the entry in the travel history on the i94 website. But there is no online i94 number assigned to her.

We live in Tennessee but we entered USA in Dallas TX.

      WHat should we do?

      WHat does this mean?

Did you tried printing I94? You should see the I94 number there.

Entering USA from any POE doesn't matter.

Since you now see the I94, then you are good, no need to worry.
