DS-160 form Previous U.S. Travel question! Please help!

Hi Admin & others,
I am sponsering my parents visitor visa. My mom alone has been to US before in year 2000. Under column "Have you been ten-printed" what should I enter as my mom doesn't remember anything about previous fingerprinting at US port of entry.

The questions in DS-160 are applicable to the person for whom you are filling the form.

In other words, DS-160 form is per person.

Therefore, answer accordingly.

Hi Admin,
I am filling the DS-160 form for my mom and my mom came US in 2000. But she doesn't remember about her finger printing at US port of entry details in 2000. What should I enter under "Have you been Ten-Printed"? She doesn't remember whether they did two fingers printing or 10 finger printing when she came here US in year 2000.
