sponsor's documents for B2 visa

Hello everybody...pls help..i am in US want to invite my brother who is in russia, i want to be a sponsor and i just recently got my green card so im oficially working since very short period of time so as a sponsor i cant provide any stubs yet, letter from bank or taxes..all i can provide is letter from my employer with my salary (1500$ a month) and my brother in russia have no job...
will that be enough for me to be a sponsor?
will my brother have enough chances having no job to get to US?

im really upset...i really want him to come here...
we will have my wedding party here in US....and i also have my parents back there in Russia so he will for sure come back there and he also have a property (garden) on his name ...just thing about his job he was laid off because of ecoonomy a year ago and just recently started the new job which is not a big income but he will try to hold this job as its important...
another problem he is not communicative at all and his english is not good enough to explain all that on interview..im so worried.((((((
