Visitor visa for younger brother

I came to US in March 2004 on B1 and went back to come on H1 in mid november 2004. I was wondering if i want to invite my brother, do i need to wait for some time or can i do that straight away. Or is it a better idea for him to come on his own ? Please help.

Getting a visa at young age is very difficult and getting a refusal stamp on his passport will make him difficult to get visa from other embassies as well.

There is no specific time how early or late you can call.

In general, it is quite difficult to get visitor visa for young person. He must be quite well established in India and well to do.
