Hi Immihelp administrator n all,


I am in very difficult situation...as my parents n sister interview was on 13th april....my parents got visa but infortunately my younger sister visa got rejected. I dont know what was the reason for her rejection....as she is only 14yrs (8th class). On march 30th she completd her 13 yrs and just now 14 started....she is so small tat she will not get married to US citizen as per there thinking....and she was having her school holidays so my parents planned to visit me. But tats my bad luck...bcoz now my parents will not come even if they hav visa...as she is so small n she will not allow parents to come and offcourse my mother will also hesitate to leave her alone for 1 to 1.5 months....

I also hav one younger brother 22 yrs age...so i was planning to apply for both of them...I dint applied for bro this time bcoz i was knowing his visa will be rejected...but want to try this time...

Here are my Questions....

1. After how many days can i reapply for my sister visa? is there any time period after which i should apply? or apply immediately?

2. Apply for both, brother and sister? what are chances of getting visa?

3. Will my sister visa reject again?

PLEASE HELP ME ASAP...
