B1/B2 questions

Hi, I'll apply again for B1/B2 on Febrary 2020, but I have a questions to improve my chances.

I recently bought an apartment and I need to know if that improve mine chances.

I'll pay for my trip and I'll visit my Brother (citizen) and my sister (permanent resident) but I need to know my options.

I'm from DR, single, 30 and been working in the same company for the last 4 years and 2 months.
