Valid Visa and Passport Expiration

Hi,

My Parents got Visitor Visa till Mar,2020, but my father passport will expire by Mar 2011. Can my father travel to USA by applying the new passport and by carrying the old passport too or he need to get the new visa after getting the new passport.

Please help me in this.

Your father need not apply for a new visa. He needs to carry both old and new passports while visiting USA.

where did he go for visa ? what all questions did they ask ? provide his experience as my mom is going in 2 weeks.
