Visitor Visa original Docs

Hi,

I am applying for the B2 visa for my parents.

However, i have a question about the employment verification letter. My company sent me a scanned copy on their business letter head.

Can i print that on color paper and show the consulate if required. Or do we need a original copy for this document.

Also Invitation letter and letter to consulate should be original with my signature or scanned copy will work?
