My friend has just applied for a B2 visa and has an interview in a few weeks time and in the meanwhile has applied for his police report so as to declare his criminal convictions for the interview.
He previously lied on the ESTA visa last year and did not declare these convictions and has since been reported by an unknown source and was turned away at Atlanta airport in the US and sent back to the UK. He has a girlfriend over there and is trying to live over there but am not sure if the US officials are aware. He has no proof of a job in the UK but works for himself and avoids paying tax. He also is on record for not paying for his children's maintenance... what are his chances of getting the B2 visa?
please see attached convictions...
