Hello Forum,
me and my husband now are currently planning to apply for a B visitors visa and we are a-bit confused about a couple of things and we need ur help.
first, we have been in the US before from2017 to 2018 on a J visa as I was doing my M.Sc degree and I didnt apply for an opt as I wanted to return and work back in my home country.
On the Ds160 application should we mention that our plan is to Visit NY for shopping & tourism purposes (real intention is 15 days in NY) or should we state that we plan to visit our friends at NC (previously stayed there for the University) or should We say that My son(a Us citizens 2Y old) want to visit Disney land and explore his home country?
Previous travel: Usa - Paris - Rome- Germany - Turkey
Home ties: a house - Car- decent jobs ( I’m employed at EY egypt, so technically I can re allocate to the USA anytime)
Financial: Me 700$ my husband 800$ and some bank saving 12,500$
Me & my husband both have a Social security number and my husband had issued a work permit and a driver’s license before & I never used medicate
Do we stand a chance?
