I already have B1/B2 Visa of myself. I'm planning to go to USA next year for my official purpose for 2 weeks. I want to take my wife and daughter with me too (as a vacation for them). I'll be staying at an accommodation paid and provided by company itself. My wife and daughter will stay with one of my wife's friends who is working there since 10+ years. When shall I apply for my wife and daughter's visa? Do I need to mention about their stay at friends place in Visa? Do I need to mention about their sponsoring of expenses in the form?

No need to mention about stay at friend's place, she can certainly stay with you, I guess hotels charge only based on room type & no on number of occupants.
