I want someone to help and advise me on this one and important subject.i am UK born and have a son who I do see but not listed as the parent on his birth certificate. At the us embassy, I have twice been denied for having no ties to the UK. I have now been working for 5 months and have a child. How am I to prove this to them on my next visit and who can I approach for legal help.
