I was just wondering, more out of concern for my friend who thinks it was approved for her but is hard of hearing. If the Consular officer keeps the passport and any documents does that mean it is approved? Or is that a general procedure, so even if she was rejected would they still keep the passport and documents? Sorry if it sounds a bit of a stupid question lol
