Mother name mismatch in passport

Hii
my question is miss match name of my mother passport and my passport .My mother passport name is Reeta Singh and in my passport name has Rita kumari and my BC has same name Rita kumari so what should ido bcoz i want to apply visa for her so bcoz of the name change it could be pblm on her visa plz suggest me

Collect proof that both names belongs to her only.
