Visitor Visa Extension

Hi, I applied for my mother visitor visa extension in Sep on medical grounds to Texas USCIS office. As I missed biometric fee, the paper work was returned and I resubmitted with correct fee.The fee was deducted from my bank ac but the still the case status shows as incorrect fee. When I tried to update my mother's address online, heard from Vermont office through email the paper work was sent back for incorrect even after the fee was deducted.I tried to reach USCIS online, mailed and emailed the bank statement and so far haven't heard back.I would appreciate if you could help me to reach out the correct USCIS contact point regarding this.Thanks

Please note if your extension application is returned without any receipt number & if your mother's I94 is already expired, then she is out of status right now.
