Dear sir,
i have gone usa consulate in kolkata on 2/12/2004, but they refuse under section 214(b) check and 3 point rounded. what is that mean , can i provision for applying within the month. for that what i can do.
can i know the full details of the my refeusal, can u advise for my problem, it is very urgent for me.
