I am planning to call my in-laws on visitors visa. My father-in-law had an paralysis attack which affected his left hand a year back. Will this condition create any problem for him to get the B2 visa. Please share experiences/advise if anybody had similar case.

That should not affect the application.

However, you will not be able to get any health insurance that would cover anything related to that medical condition. It may cover any new conditions.
