My b1/b2 visitor visa cancelled with prejudice in usa on arrival in 2012

Can anyone please guide me what should i do to rectify my issue related to my B1/B2 USA Visa Cancelled with prejudice on arrival to Chicago in 2012 , I have been travelling all over the world with my wife and I have traveled before this to USA. I have never overstayed my visa neither committed any crime in my entire life. I have been to UK 18 times in my life holding Multiple visas on my passports.I am from Pakistan and having my own Property Business here .

You sure it is "Cancelled WITH Prejudice" & not "Cancelled WITHOUT prejudice" ?
