Visitor Visa from UK to US

Sir/Madam,

I have a question.My parents are Indian citizen ,they have Indian passport and they are visiting my sister in UK.Can they apply for US visa from UK to visit me here or they have to go back to india to get US visa?

Not from UK.

Have to apply from India.
