Hi,
I am processing my mother in law's b2 visa. After started processing I have noticed that there is a difference in her name.
In the passport the name used is the name after marriage. But in all support douments(like pension book, fixed deposits etc) her before marriage name(maiden) is used.
So I am affraid whether this will be an issue for her stamping.
I can get a letter from Village officer as a proof showing both names are of same person. Is that good enough or do i need to get anyother proof from any other authority?
A quick advise on this is much appreciated.
