I haven't received IMPS receipt number to schedule USA Visa interview

Hello,

I made 3 IMPS transactions in HDFC to complete the B2 visa payment of 11520INR and I haven't received receipt number for the same.
I contacted and they suggested to use the last payment transaction number to schedule visa. I tried that and it asks me to pay 10000 INR to schedule.
However I have paid everything. I am totally clueless on what to do. Any help would be appreciated.

The receipt number is usually the last or first digits of the account number where you made the payment - I forgot the exact formula, but try with few combination of the account number.
