Hi All,
Here is my situation, I am on H1B valid till Nov 2011. My wife came on H4 and got into residency for 1 year (prilim) and did a COS from H4 to H1 last year June and would be comming back on H4 from 1st July'2010.
Now we want to sponsor my In-Laws and my sister-in-law with her 2 year kid for a visitor visa. My sister-in-law who is working will be comming with the kid and her husband will be back in India. Total 4 (Mother and Father-In-Law, Sister-In-Law and her Kid), following are my querry,
1. Who would be better sponsoring them, Me or my Wife?
2. Should I send only one Invitation letter to them or two seperately (One for In-Laws and one for sister-in-law), as In-Laws would be comming for 4-6 months and Sister-In-Law for 1 month?
3. One letter to Consulate or two?
4. Should they attend together or differently, which is more beneficial?
5. I believe we need to send 2 I134, is my understanding correct?
6. Does my sister-in-law needs to get NOC for her husband that he is fine sending the kid to US and if so can any one point me to any format.
7. I need to take 4 HDFC receipits one for each, is my understanding correct?
8. We need to fillout 4 different DS160, one for each?
